My role at Mission Orthodontics is oversee the entire patient experience. I have worked in the dental field since 1992 in a variety of positions. My expert guidance has been formulated from years of assisting patients with their orthodontic needs on a variety of levels, and I am able to answer any questions that patients might have regarding their orthodontic care. I enjoy the open interaction we have with our patients. Our practice is dedicated to treating smiles and developing meaningful relationships with our patients we treat. Working with our patients makes each day exciting and fun!
I have been married for 18 years to my best friend and husband, Dan. We have an amazing daughter, son and three dogs. I love the arts, interior and architectural design, working out and running for charity. My favorite things to do are, spending time with my family, cooking and reading.
Jennie Ravlin 
Marketing Specialist
I love getting to know the dentists and staff at our referring offices as I market the wonderful services Dr. Neeley provides. He always goes above and beyond to guarantee our patients have a great experience. I also have a lot of fun coming up with creative marketing ideas and contests for our patients to enjoy. Our staff is outstanding; they are not only an incredibly talented group of people, but are also so much fun! Coming to work is a joy!
My husband of 19 years, Jeff, and I have three children, Maddie, Natalie, and Olivia. I am very active at my girls’ schools and volunteer on a regular basis. I also serve on the Spirit Board at Reagan High School. In our free time, my family and I enjoy watching college football, boating, and listening to music.
Karen Talamantes
Scheduling Cordinator
Karen Talamantes is the friendly face everyone loves to see when they first arrive at our office! Karen was born and raised here in San Antonio. She graduated from John Jay High School and obtained her certificate as a billing and coding specialist in 2008, from the Academy of Healthcare Professions. Karen has worked as a receptionist in the dental field for 5 years and enjoys getting to know all of our patients and helping them with their scheduling needs.
She now lives in Elmendorf, TX with her wonderful boyfriend Erik and their 2 dogs, Darla and Enoch. In her spare time she loves traveling, cooking and working on DIY projects. She especially loves spending time with her family and friends.
Cheri Crow
Orthodontic Technician/Clinical Coordinator
I always have a smile on my face and love visiting with our patients as I assist Dr. Neeley with orthodontic procedures. As our clinical coordinator, I also make sure the clinic runs smoothly and on time. I have over 25 years of experience working in dentistry and have been a part of the Mission Orthodontics team since 2004. I truly enjoy working with our patients and putting them at ease with my happy, friendly disposition.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Kelly, and we have two wonderful children, Kelby and Casey, both of whom are very active in the rodeo. You can always find us either cooking brisket or attending rodeos on the weekends. I also love hunting and fishing with my boys or just relaxing with a good book!
Sandra Amador
Orthodontic Technician
I do whatever I can to ensure our patients get a great smile! Whether I’m working directly with patients, sterilizing the clinical areas, or completing lab work, I always have their best interests in mind. Each patient is so unique and I want to give them an orthodontic experience to match! Mission Orthodontics is a fun place to work and the rest of my team members, including Dr. Neeley, are wonderful people to spend my days with.
I am married to Luis and we have two wonderful children, Nicholas and Melody. I love my family and always try my best to make sure they have what they need. I enjoy playing board games and watching my kids play at their sporting events.
Sandra Martins

While I am fairly new to the Mission Orthodontics team, I have spent almost 20 years working in orthodontics. From the time I began as an assistant, I fell in love with the service we provide. We give a gift that lasts a lifetime – an amazing smile! I also love to get to know our patients and their families and make their experience as comfortable as possible. I feel very blessed to be part of an awesome team at Mission Orthodontics. Everyone is very fun to work with and I have great respect for the tremendous knowledge and experience of our team.
I love spending time with my husband of 23 years as well as my son and daughter. We love to travel, especially to the beach. My interests include dancing, working out, and reading. I’m also involved with my church’s youth ministry.
